FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Information

The following information is needed by your FTP software/client.

• Host/Server Name: courses.international.edu
• Username & Password: See below.

If you can't connect to your site with your FTP client, use the following alternative:

1. Go to Start > My Computer and then type in your URL: ftp://username@courses.international.edu in the Address line.
2. This will provide a prompt for your username and password, which will then allow you to upload your files.
3. Drag and drop files and directories from your computer to the open FTP window.

Username and Passwords: If you have not requested web space, you may do so at www.jiu.edu > log in > My Courses/Course Dashboard > Help > Academic Help > "How do I request FTP access for use in my courses?"
